Intellectual Property
Kool respects intellectual property and asks the same of everyone who uses it. This page explains how copyright and trademarks work on Kool and how to report a problem.
Copyright
You keep the rights to the content you create and share on Kool. By posting, you grant us the limited licence we need to host and display it as part of running the service — nothing more (see the Terms). Don't post content you don't have the rights to.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on Kool infringes your copyright, email legal@k00l.app with "Copyright" in the subject and include:
- Your contact details.
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.
- The exact location (link or username) of the material on Kool.
- A statement, in good faith, that the use is not authorised by you, the rights holder, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We remove or disable infringing material and, where appropriate, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to legal@k00l.app identifying the material, its location before removal, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake.
Trademarks
"Kool", the Kool logo and related marks are trademarks of Synvora. You may not use them in a way that is likely to cause confusion, or to imply endorsement or affiliation, without our written permission. To report misuse of our marks — or to request permission — email legal@k00l.app.
